The "IndiaAI 2026 Demo Day: Indian Startups at STATION F" was held in Paris this week, bringing together ten Indian startups, investors, mentors and industry stakeholders to showcase AI-driven innovations and explore opportunities in European markets.

India's Ambassador to France, Sanjeev Singla, attended the event, which marked the conclusion of the second cohort of the IndiaAI Startups Global Acceleration Programme.

The event was hosted by Incubateur HEC Paris through a collaboration between IndiaAI, the HEC Paris Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute, and STATION F, widely regarded as the world's largest startup campus.

The participating startups presented solutions across artificial intelligence, health technology, fintech, space technology, smart infrastructure, industrial automation, Vision AI and the future of work.

The event concluded with a networking reception aimed at facilitating partnerships, investment opportunities and market access across Europe.

The Demo Day marked the culmination of the second cohort of the IndiaAI Startups Global Acceleration Programme, an initiative of the IndiaAI Mission under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).

The programme is designed to help Indian startups expand internationally through mentorship, business development support and access to global innovation ecosystems.

Selected startups undergo a three-week virtual preparation programme followed by a three-month residency in Paris. Companies in the second cohort included AI Health Highway, InLustro Learning and SkyServe, alongside startups working in sectors such as health technology, climate technology, education technology, satellite intelligence and cognitive AI.

According to the IndiaAI Mission, the programme aligns with India's National AI Strategy and aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration, knowledge exchange and international market integration for Indian technology companies.

The initiative comes amid expanding India-France cooperation in innovation and emerging technologies. Earlier this year, the two countries launched the India-France Year of Innovation 2026 and unveiled the India-France Innovation Roadmap 2030, which identifies artificial intelligence, startup ecosystems, healthcare innovation, data sharing and space cooperation as priority areas of collaboration.

The roadmap also outlines plans for greater cooperation in aerospace, research and advanced technologies, reinforcing the role of startups and innovation-led enterprises in strengthening bilateral ties between India and France.
