The final trailer for Heads of State, a new action-comedy starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Idris Elba, and John Cena, was released this week ahead of the film’s global premiere on Prime Video on July 2.

Directed by Ilya Naishuller (Nobody), the film follows an unlikely partnership between two world leaders, UK Prime Minister Sam Clarke (Elba) and U.S. President Will Derringer (Cena). The pair, locked in a highly public rivalry, are forced to set aside their differences when a dangerous foreign threat targets both their governments.

As traditional security forces prove ineffective, the two leaders are forced to go on the run, joined by MI6 agent Noel Bisset (Chopra Jonas), who emerges as the critical player in their efforts to stop a global conspiracy. The film blends political satire, high-stakes espionage, and physical comedy, with the final trailer teasing explosive action sequences and sharp-tongued banter.

Chopra Jonas, whose recent credits include Citadel and Love Again, plays a central role as the MI6 operative tasked with keeping the bickering heads of state alive and focused. The cast also includes Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid, Stephen Root, Sarah Niles, Richard Coyle, and Paddy Considine.
