NAVEX names Arpan Sheth CEO amid AI expansion

Arpan Sheth will lead NAVEX’s AI-powered governance, risk and compliance platform serving more than 13,000 customers globally.

Oregon-based software company NAVEX appointed Indian American executive Arpan Sheth as its chief executive officer.

The company said Sheth will lead NAVEX through its next phase of innovation and expansion as demand grows for AI-powered governance, risk and compliance solutions.

“Arpan is a dynamic leader with a strong track record of helping organizations scale, innovate, and lead in their markets,” said Harsh Nanda, partner at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and NAVEX board member. 

“His deep experience advising global companies on growth strategy and digital transformation, combined with his ability to build high-performing teams, makes him the ideal choice to guide NAVEX forward,” he added.

Sheth said he was joining the company at “an exciting time in its journey.”

Sheth steps into the role after more than two decades at Bain & Company, where he served as a senior partner, member of the firm’s board, and leader of Bain’s Innovation & Design practice. 

He also led Bain’s private equity and alternative investor practice in India and worked with technology and software companies on growth strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Sheth also serves as an advisor to Blume Ventures and was an investment committee member at Future Back Ventures by Bain & Company.

Sheth earned an MBA in business and managerial economics from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.
