Hari Nayak / Harvest
Michelin-star chef Hari Nayak is set to introduce a new Indian dining experience at Harvest Yard, in Woodinville, Washington.
Nayak’s concept is expected to blend the flavors of India with the seasonal bounty of the Pacific Northwest. The menu will reinterpret traditional Indian cuisine through a regional lens, with dishes designed to encourage guests to gather and share meals.

Nayak is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of modern Indian cuisine. Based in New York City, he has built restaurant concepts across the United States, Asia and the Middle East and is the founder of Gourmet Gurus Hospitality Consulting, which develops restaurant brands and food concepts worldwide. His consulting work has included projects for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, while his portfolio spans Michelin-recognized restaurants, luxury hospitality ventures and national food brands.
He is also the author of five cookbooks, including Modern Indian Cooking, co-written with Michelin-starred chef Vikas Khanna.
Nayak studied hotel management at the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration in Manipal before earning an associate degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
Early in his career, he trained under acclaimed chefs Daniel Boulud, Marcus Samuelsson and Albert Adrià, experiences that helped shape his contemporary approach to Indian cuisine.
The restaurant joins a growing lineup of food and beverage tenants at Harvest Yard, including Brass Steak & Seafood, Cactus, The Crawlspace Gastropub, Bong Bong Bar and Sugo Hand-Rolled Sushi. The development will also feature multiple winery tasting rooms, retailers and specialty businesses.
Among the latest winery additions is Walla Walla Vintners, whose Woodinville tasting room marks the winery's first expansion beyond the Walla Walla Valley in its 31-year history.
Harvest Yard is part of the larger Harvest development, which also includes The SOMM Hotel & Spa, a Marriott Autograph Collection property that opened in September 2025, along with residential units overlooking the Sammamish River Trail.
