Maharana Pratap Jayanti celebrated in Mumbai with a skit

In celebration of Maharana Pratap Jayanti, Mein Bharat Hoo organized a skit performance in Bollywood park, Film City, Mumbai.

The skit aimed at cherishing values like patriotism and valor that were displayed by the Rajput leader.

The Mein Bharat Hoo team led by Bijay, Shobha, Arun Mundra, Nisha, Govind had organized a similar celebration in 2024 too.

The skit was a celebration of the life of Maharana Pratap and highlighted different aspects of his life. It narrated Pratap's childhood and the challenges he had to face as a prince, and as a king.

Maharana Pratap was a Rajput ruler of Mewar, he fiercely resisted Mughal domination, embodying courage and patriotism. His stand at the Battle of Haldighati in 1576 remains a symbol of unwavering defiance against overwhelming odds. Pratap, born in modern day Rajasthan, was the 13th king of the Sisodia Rajput dynasty.
