Indiaspora mourns loss of life in Ahmedabad Air India Crash

The community expressed its commitment to support relief efforts in Ahmedabad.

Indiaspora extended its condolences to the families and loved ones of those who perished in the tragic crash of Air India Flight 171 in Ahmedabad on June 12.  

In a statement issued on June 12, Indiaspora expressed its affinity with the tragedy and said, “This tragedy resonates deeply within our community, as many of our members and staff have personal connections to the affected region.”

It further added, “In this time of grief, we stand united with our community and with India as we mourn together and support one another.”

Expressing its commitment to providing aid and support, Indispora said,  “we will share information about how the global Indian diaspora can support relief efforts as details become available.”
