An Indian national on Mar.19 was found guilty of possession with intent to distribute a banned synthetic drug popular as “Ecstasy” or “Molly,” a US attorney said following a federal trial.
Jaskaran Singh, 31, a Gujarat native, faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. His sentencing is set for Jun.25.
