All India Cafe in Los Angeles is known for its delectable Indian flavors and dedication to fresh, high-quality ingredients. Established in 1996 by chef Santokh Singh Khinda, the restaurant is well-loved for its authentic recipes and innovative approach. Now helmed by the next generation, siblings Pawan and Simran Khinda, All India Cafe is keeping up with the times while staying true to its roots. With outposts in Pasadena, Arcadia and Glendale, All India Cafe remains a destination where classic Indian flavors meet exciting new experiences. 

We got an opportunity to speak with Pawandeep Kaur Khinda about her entrepreneurial journey and what’s next for All India Cafe. Here are highlights from the interview.
