Osmose Utilities Services, a Georgia based asset management solutions company, has appointed Harsha Tank as Chief Financial Officer.
Harsha has over 20 years of experience driving strategic, transformative growth, operational excellence, and financial performance across global organizations.
A Mumbai University alumna, Tank has a diverse portfolio of industry experience, including legal services, food and facilities management, software, semiconductor manufacturing, and oil and gas transportation.
Prior to joining Osmose, Tank served as CFO at Veritext Legal Solutions, CFO at Sodexo, and also held finacial leadership positions at Intralinks, Inc., Open Solutions, Jazz Technologies, and Pacific Energy Partners.

Tank, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), was welcomed to Osmose with CEO Mike Adams, saying in a statement, “We are thrilled to welcome Harsha to Osmose.”
Adams further said, “She brings a unique combination of financial discipline and strategic insight, and her strong services background will strengthen Osmose’s mission to help utilities extend the life of their structural assets."
