UT Dallas' Krithik Vishwanath wins Churchill Scholarship

Vishwanath is the first student in 36 years from his program to receive the scholarship.

Krithik Vishwanath, a senior at the University of Texas at Dallas studying computational engineering, chemistry and mathematics, has been awarded the Churchill Scholarship for his work in computational medicine. 

Vishwanath, who will graduate with three degrees, is the first student in 36 years from his program to receive the scholarship. His research has focused on computational models in medicine, particularly in oncology.\
