USISPF to host U.S.-India economic forum on April 15

Organizers said the forum aims to bring together leading voices from across sectors to discuss issues affecting bilateral commercial ties.

The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum has announced it will host the ‘US-India Economic Forum’ on April 15, 2026, in Washington, D.C., bringing together policymakers, industry leaders and financial experts from both countries.

The event will take place on the sidelines of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund Spring Meetings. It marks the second edition of the forum, described by organizers as an annual high-level summit focused on the bilateral economic agenda between the United States and India.

According to the announcement, the forum will convene more than 100 participants, including senior executives, policymakers and financial innovators. Discussions will center on economic and investment trends, regulatory developments and emerging technologies shaping ties between the two countries.



The program includes a keynote address and three panel discussions. The first panel will focus on the US-India economic and investment outlook. The second will examine digital asset regulation and innovation. The third will address the role of artificial intelligence in finance.

Organizers said the forum aims to bring together leading voices from across sectors to discuss issues affecting bilateral commercial ties. Additional topics expected to be covered include developments in the insurance sector and India’s economic outlook.

The event is being organized by the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, a group that works to strengthen economic and strategic ties between the two countries.

Corporate participation includes Visa as a gold partner. Coinbase and Mastercard are listed as silver partners, while Infosys is a bronze partner.

The forum is positioned as part of broader engagements around the Spring Meetings, where global financial leaders gather annually in Washington to discuss international economic issues.
