Indian American practicing physician and Democratic candidate for Congress Dr. Tina Shah announced that she closed out 2025 by crossing the $1 million fundraising mark, raising $1,017,000 and becoming the fastest Democratic candidate in NJ-07 to reach the milestone.
Shah is running for the Democratic nomination in New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District and is the only Indian American among several Democrats seeking the party ticket.
