FBI agent who tried to probe ICE officer in Minnesota shooting resigns, New York Times reports

FBI Agent Tracee Mergen has reportedly quit from the federal agency.

An FBI agent who tried to probe the U.S. immigration officer who fatally shot a 37-year-old U.S. citizen in Minneapolis earlier this month has resigned, the New York Times reported on Jan. 23, citing sources.

The FBI agent was named Tracee Mergen. Earlier this month, Renee Good, a 37-year-old mother of three living in Minnesota, was shot dead in her car by federal agent Jonathan Ross.
