Michelin-starred chef Vikas Khanna has partnered with chef-powered meal delivery platform CookUnity to launch a new collection of chef-curated meals, expanding access to Indian cuisine for customers across the United States.
Khanna is one of three renowned chefs unveiled in CookUnity's latest lineup, alongside Rocco DiSpirito and Michael Solomonov. The collaboration brings signature dishes inspired by each chef's culinary philosophy directly to consumers through weekly fresh meal deliveries.
Khanna's menu draws inspiration from his acclaimed New York restaurant, Bungalow, and his upbringing in Amritsar, aiming to recreate the warmth of traditional Indian home cooking for diners nationwide.

It features roasted butter chicken, paneer makhani, aloo gobi, and kerala-style fish moilee. The dishes emphasize premium ingredients and layered Indian spices while staying true to the flavors that have defined his culinary career.
“When I first stepped into the CookUnity kitchens, I saw the same level of care and attention that we value at Bungalow,” Khanna, who was recently named to TIME's 100 Most Influential People of 2026 said.
“We share in our commitment to ingredient sourcing and how every detail of the process matters. That’s a huge reason why I felt like this was the right time to partner – and be able to bring the experience of our cooking and feel at home, whether they’re near or far,” Khanna added.
CookUnity said the collaboration aligns with its mission of enabling renowned chefs to scale their cuisine nationwide without compromising quality. The company provides chefs with infrastructure for sourcing, preparation, packaging, and delivery, allowing restaurant-quality meals to reach customers beyond traditional dining establishments.
"Having Rocco DiSpirito, Vikas Khanna, and Michael Solomonov – each a leader in their respective cuisines and among the best chefs in the world – choose to join and grow with us is the clearest sign we're delivering on that mission,” said CookUnity CEO and co-founder Mateo Marietti.
Founded in 2015, CookUnity said it ended 2025 with more than $750 million in annual recurring revenue and now serves over 250,000 diners each week. The platform currently features 22 James Beard-recognized chefs and five Michelin-starred chefs.
Khanna's meals are now available to CookUnity subscribers across 18 states in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Southern United States, with further expansion planned in early 2027.
