Indian national Kamal has been placed on the FBI’s wanted list for his alleged involvement in the Lawrence Bishnoi Organized Crime Group, which is engaged in a conspiracy to interfere with commerce by extortion.
On July 1, 2026, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Kamal in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles after he was charged with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by extortion.

The FBI said Kamal is wanted by it for his alleged involvement in a transnational criminal organization known as The Lawrence Bishnoi Organized Crime Group.
The Lawrence Bishnoi Organized Crime Group originated in Punjab and operated in the Central District of California and elsewhere, the FBI said.

The FBI this week also named another Indian national, Major Singh, as a wanted fugitive for his alleged role in a transnational organized crime group linked to firearms trafficking and drug-related offenses.
According to the FBI, Singh was allegedly associated with the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria Organized Crime Group and operated in California and elsewhere in the United States.
