Sriman Kolli named India’s KIP participant from New York

Deputy Consul General Vishal Harsh recently met Kolli and conveyed his best wishes ahead of the programme.

Sriman Roshan Kolli, an Indian-origin financial analyst, has been selected to participate in the 86th Know India Programme (KIP), scheduled to be held from Jan. 9 to Jan. 26, the Consulate General of India in New York announced.

KIP is an initiative by the Government of India that aims to acquaint young members of the Indian diaspora with the nation’s history, cultural heritage, governance systems and contemporary development initiatives.

The programme has been in existence since 2003.

Deputy Consul General Vishal Harsh recently met Kolli and conveyed his best wishes ahead of the programme.

During the course of the programme, Kolli will visit several Indian states, where he will engage with institutions and youth organizations and gain deeper insights into India’s diverse culture and evolving socio-economic landscape.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Kolli gained experience in finance, accounting, human resources, and design solutions while working as an intern with Evoke Technologies and AheadRace Inc. in Hyderabad, India, in 2019.

His LinkedIn profile further notes that Kolli completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2024.

Kolli most recently worked as a financial analyst for Xcurve Financials in New Jersey from May 2023 to May 2025.
