Purvee Patel to feature on Women In Power TV
Popularly known as the “Queen of Lending,” she will discuss resilience, financial literacy and building long-term independence.

Indian American mortgage executive Purvee Patel will be featured on a episode of documentary series, Women In Power TV.
Women In Power is a cinematic docu-series hosted by celebrity entrepreneur Rudy Mawer that profiles influential figures across business, sports and the arts.

According to the show’s producers, Patel, widely known in the industry as the “Queen of Lending,” will use her episode to discuss how resilience and financial literacy can be used to overcome adversity and build long-term independence.
The episode examines her approach to navigating complex financial challenges and her work helping individuals pursue homeownership and generational wealth.
“True power is found in solitude—understanding who you are and what you bring to the world without dependency on others,” Patel said.
With more than a decade of experience in the finance and mortgage industry, Patelcurrently serves as a mortgage loan officer at Guild Mortgage, a position she has held since October 2025.
Her previous roles include executive mortgage advisor at NBI Financial Group, mortgage loan officer at QC Lending, and mortgage underwriting auditor at MetaSource. Earlier in her career, she worked with Rock Mortgage, Hamilton Group Funding, Bank of New England and Truliant Federal Credit Union, and began her career in credit analysis at Eastern Funding LLC.
Patel is also the founder of Queen of Lending, a mortgage advisory brand she launched after identifying what she has described as gaps in basic homeownership knowledge among clients.
The brand focuses on education and personalized lending strategies, particularly for first-time buyers, entrepreneurs, self-employed and 1099 earners, and borrowers with non-traditional financial profiles. Her work includes credit coaching, customized mortgage solutions and long-term financial planning.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
