JumpCloud Inc hires Sumesh Rahavendra as Chief Business Officer

Rahavendra has previously led Customer Experience at the Indian startup giant, Swiggy.

JumpCloud Inc., a Colorado based software company, appointed Sumesh Rahavendra as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO).

Tasked with scaling global business operations, optimizing internal efficiencies and significantly enhancing the customer experience Rahavendra comes with over two decades of experience across SaaS, e-commerce, and digital transformation roles.

Rahavendra moved to JumpCloud Inc. from his previous role of Group Chief Digital & Transformation Officer at Pos Malaysia where he drove significant digital product, technology, and strategic overhauls. Prior to this, he led Customer Experience at the Indian startup giant, Swiggy. He has also served as General Manager for Amazon in Europe.

His foundational 11 years at DHL provided a comprehensive grounding in product, operations, sales, and marketing.
