The Easton restaurant continues Tikka Shack’s approach of blending Indian flavors with a fast-casual dining experience. Guests can build their own meals by choosing tikka-marinated proteins, fresh vegetables, basmati rice, and signature sauces, or select from a lineup of pre-designed combinations.

Alongside customizable bowls, the menu includes samosas, street-style appetizers, and a selection of rich curries crafted with fresh ingredients and bold spices.

The interior design of the new location reflects the brand’s contemporary identity, featuring warm textures and playful accents to appeal to both dine-in guests and those ordering takeout. The restaurant also uses compostable packaging as part of its ongoing sustainability efforts.

Tikka Shack operates nearly 20 locations in at least eight states, including several in Pennsylvania, such as Mechanicsburg, Hershey, and Lancaster. The brand also has outlets in Texas—including Dallas and Lubbock—and the first New Jersey location in Hackensack, with additional units in Arizona and North Carolina expected.
