EY US names Shashi Yadiki Heartland Entrepreneur Of The Year
As CEO of SDS, he blends tech, data, and vision to drive transformative industry change.

The US branch of the global professional services firm, EY (Ernst & Young) has announced Indian-American executive Shashi Yadiki as the recipient of its Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 Heartland Award.
The 40-year-old awards program honors entrepreneurs driving innovation, creating long-term value, and making a measurable impact in their communities.

Yadiki, the chief executive officer (CEO) of Smart Data Solutions (SDS), was recognized for his leadership in driving innovation and transformative growth in the healthcare technology space.
"Winning the Entrepreneur Of The Year award is both humbling and inspiring. This recognition belongs to every member of our team and to the clients and partners who trust us," Yadiki said.
With our AI-native platform, powering our products like Digital Mailroom, Clearinghouse, Intelligent Medical Records and Prior Authorization automation, we are helping payers and providers move beyond legacy processes and reshape how care is delivered. Our focus is on building a simpler, faster, and more connected healthcare ecosystem," he added.
With more than two decades of experience, Yadiki has a proven track record in scaling technology-enabled and data-driven healthcare enterprises. Prior to joining Smart Data Solutions, he served as president of the Health Plan and Life Sciences division at NTT DATA, where he played a key role in guiding healthcare organizations through their digital transformation journeys. Earlier in his career, Yadiki held leadership positions at Dell Services and Wipro Technologies.
He holds degrees from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the University of Mysore.
As a regional Heartland Award winner, Yadiki now advances to compete for national recognition at the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 National Awards, to be held in November at the Strategic Growth Forum.
