Indian American Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) on Sept. 7 urged the United States to stand ready to support India as catastrophic flooding devastates Punjab.
“As Punjab faces its worst floods in three decades, a humanitarian crisis of staggering proportions has unfolded,” Krishnamoorthi said in a statement.
