Chinmaya Mission head Swami Swaroopananda to hold talk in NJ

The three-day public talk series is being held ahead of the 75th Anniversary of the Chinmaya Movement.

The Chinmaya Vrindavan Ashram in New Jersey is organizing a three-day talk by the Global Head of Chinmaya Mission Swami Swaroopananda, from Aug. 19 to 21.

Swami Swaroopananda's talk would be centered around the theme, 'Wealthy Thoughts for Healthy Living', exploring inner life, mental clarity, and harmonious living, three essential tools for thriving in today’s fast-paced world.

The event is organized in preparation of the 75th Anniversary of the Chinmaya Movement, founded in 1951 by Swami Chinmayananda.

Swami Chinmayananda was a freedom fighter turned spiritual visionary who dedicated his life to making the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and Vedantic wisdom accessible to English-speaking audiences worldwide, igniting a global spiritual awakening.

From its modest origins, Chinmaya Mission has flourished into a global spiritual organization with over 350 centers across 28 countries. The mission serves diverse communities through spiritual study classes, Bala Vihar programs for children, and a wide range of social initiatives, continuing to inspire and uplift people across the globe.

Swami Swaroopananda is the Chancellor of Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth (Chinmaya University) and Chairman of Chinmaya International Residential School. Known for his engaging style and deep insight into ancient texts, he has authored numerous books and conducted workshops worldwide, inspiring audiences to live with purpose, peace, and joy.
