Namak Indian Restaurant & Bar, one of Dallas’s premier destinations for authentic Indian dining, on Monday named Chef Saurabh Sharma Sarswat its new executive sous chef, bringing a career that has spanned luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and private kitchens across Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
This adds an experienced global hand to its leadership team, the popular Indian restaurant said.
