Chef Kailash Singh joins BarNaan Brookfield as Sous Chef

BarNaan Brookfield, known for pairing authentic Indian flavours with inventive dining, has appointed Chef Kailash Singh as its new sous chef, the restaurant announced Sept. 22.

With global experience and a deep passion for Indian cuisine, Chef Kailash will bring creativity, precision, and unique flair to the restaurant’s culinary team, said the release.
