Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director of Puravankara Limited, a Bengaluru based company, will lead a property show series in the United States from Sept.6 to 28, 2025. The events are aimed at non-resident Indians (NRIs) and will take place in New Jersey, Seattle, Santa Clara, Houston, and Frisco.

Speaking about the initiative, Puravankara said India is undergoing major economic changes that are reflected in the real estate sector. “India is on a transformative growth path. With its expanding middle class, digital innovation, and structural reforms, we are witnessing a strong trajectory toward becoming an economic superpower,” he said.

He noted the real estate sector’s dual value. “The potential in Indian real estate is immense, both from an investment and lifestyle standpoint,” he added.

Puravankara also highlighted the company’s focus on adapting to new demands. “We are continuously reimagining our offerings to match the aspirations of today’s homebuyers,” he said. He pointed to features such as modern amenities, sustainable design, and premium locations. “This exclusive US Property Show will give NRIs a first-hand look at our portfolio, along with previews and one-on-one guidance to make their investment journey seamless and rewarding.”

The shows will include consultations with Puravankara’s NRI desk, exclusive pricing options, and payment plans adjusted to suit global Indian buyers. Attendees will be able to review apartments, luxury residences, and villa plots in Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa, Mumbai, and Pune.

The initiative comes as India continues to attract global interest in its real estate market. The Reserve Bank of India projects GDP growth of 6.5 percent for the 2025 financial year, supported by domestic demand, infrastructure expansion, and digital transformation. According to Puravankara Limited, cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa, Mumbai, and Pune remain key destinations for NRIs, offering strong rental yields and long-term growth potential.
