Repairify, a Texas-based major automotive technology and intelligence solutions brand working to revolutionize vehicle care, has appointed Srisu Subrahmanyam as its chief executive officer. The company, which made headlines in the field of auto glass and collision repair last year, hopes to add value to its services under the stewardship of Subrahmanyam who is a high-impact, customer-focused senior executive with global experience across public and private companies in diverse industries.
Srisu, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a B.E. (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India, has a proven track record of leading large-scale business transformations, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth in international markets. Most recently he served as EVP of Operations and President of Services & International Markets at OPENLANE (NYSE: KAR), where he was a member of the Executive Committee.
He led the company’s services business, international expansion, and enterprise-wide initiatives in business transformation, technology, and cybersecurity. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of ADESA (2018–2022), a $1.5B physical auction business. There, he spearheaded the digital transformation of ADESA during the pandemic and led the carve-out and sale of ADESA U.S. to Carvana in 2022.
Srisu previously served as Global Vice President of Engineering at Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 global tech distributor operating in over 30 countries. He played a key role in expanding the Supply Chain Solutions business, establishing new revenue streams, and driving Ingram Micro’s global growth. His earlier roles include COO of BrightPoint Americas, and leadership positions with Orchard Group and Career Education Corporation (NASDAQ: CECO), where he led a $1B procurement and supply chain transformation.
Along with Srisu, Repairify has also appointed Keith Crerar as its Chief Transformation Officer.
