Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Jitendra Singh told the Rajya Sabha on Aug.21 that India has not experienced a significant “brain drain” of researchers that could harm the development of science and technology in the country.

Singh’s reply comes against the backdrop of long-standing concerns about Indian researchers migrating abroad.
