About The Role
 

  • The role of System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of core infrastructure components and environment.
     

What You'll Do
 

  • 1. Microsoft / Office 365 administration
  • Azure AD / Entra and Identity Management
  • Conditional Access (and access controls in AAD)
     

ii. Privileged Identity Management
 

  • Exchange
  • Intune
  • MS Teams
    • Enterprise Apps/App Registrations
  • Modern Auth methods (SAML/OAuth 2.0/AADB2C)

ii. Graph API
 

  • PowerShell/AZCLI Scripting experience
  • Server and Workstation OS administration
  • Windows Server 2019/22/25
  • Linux
  • Windows 11
  • VMware
  • Enterprise Backup Strategies
  • Scripting Experience - Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
  • Fundamental Networking
  • Switching/APs (Aruba experience preferred but not required)
  • Vlans

  • Firewalls (Fortinet Experience preferred but not required)

  • IaC concepts - BICEP preferred
  • Experience documenting systems, configuration and developing SOPs
  • Insurance industry experience preferred but not required.
     

Qualifications
 

  • No “jerks”.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Agile fundamentals (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience developing / mentoring junior staff
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Some travel is required
