About The Role

The role of System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of core infrastructure components and environment.

What You'll Do

1. Microsoft / Office 365 administration
Azure AD / Entra and Identity Management
Conditional Access (and access controls in AAD)

ii. Privileged Identity Management

Exchange
Intune
MS Teams
- Enterprise Apps/App Registrations
Modern Auth methods (SAML/OAuth 2.0/AADB2C)

ii. Graph API

PowerShell/AZCLI Scripting experience
Server and Workstation OS administration
Windows Server 2019/22/25
Linux
Windows 11
VMware
Enterprise Backup Strategies
Scripting Experience - Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
Fundamental Networking
Switching/APs (Aruba experience preferred but not required)
Vlans

Experience documenting systems, configuration and developing SOPs
Insurance industry experience preferred but not required.

Agile fundamentals (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Experience developing / mentoring junior staff
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
