The Role:

They are looking for a data-driven operator ready to take on high-impact projects at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy. You’ll design experiments, lead initiatives, and build out analytical tools that unlock efficiency and growth across the platform.

What You’ll Do:

Launch and lead operations experiments that drive customer and service provider engagement
Build performance metrics and reporting dashboards (SQL, Tableau, Sheets.)
Own cross-functional projects from idea to execution—working closely with teams across product, support, and finance
Identify opportunities through data and drive actionable strategies to improve platform performance
Be a core member of a small, high-leverage team trusted with company-critical initiatives

Who You Are:

1–5 years in a startup, tech company or top-tier consultancy
Top Tier University Degree in a quantitative field like engineering, business/economics, mathematics, etc.)
Strong command of SQL (or willing to learn) and Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you’ve used tools like Tableau, Metabase, or Looker
Natural problem solver with a knack for structuring ambiguous challenges
Comfortable with basic statistics and experimental design
Clear communicator and independent operator—able to move fast and drive results
Excited by a scrappy, fast-paced, high-growth environment
