The Role

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you'll orchestrate the successful deployment of our healthcare analytics platform for marquee clients. You'll:

Lead end-to-end implementations for pharmaceutical manufacturers adopting our 340B solutions
Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and our product/engineering teams
Develop repeatable implementation frameworks that scale with our growing business
Drive pilot-to-production conversions through exceptional project execution

What You'll Own

Implementation Leadership: Guide clients through configuration, testing, and go-live
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate deployment challenges in regulated environments
Process Innovation: Create scalable implementation playbooks
Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge technical teams and business users
Data Storytelling: Translate pilot results into enterprise adoption

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans for healthcare data platform deployments
Configure client-specific workflows and analytics dashboards
Conduct user training and establish success metrics
Collaborate with product teams to enhance implementation tooling
Analyze implementation data to improve conversion rates
