We are looking for Software Engineers to join our team and help design and develop new products and features that will support clients in growing their wealth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features, as well as improve our platform infrastructure and developer productivity. You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to cross-functional collaboration and have a direct impact on our platform’s growth and performance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with backend and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and enhance existing ones.
Work on web platform infrastructure projects to improve system health, performance, and product delivery velocity.
Participate in triaging and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth web system and service operations.
Contribute to recruiting activities, such as interviewing candidates.
Provide mentorship to other engineers and support team growth.

Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in a web-focused engineering role.
Deep understanding of JavaScript, including ES5+, native DOM APIs, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks (Express, Django) is a plus.
Experience working with design teams to build custom pages and components with a focus on performance and responsive design.
Passion for working on projects that have measurable business impact in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience with test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
