रमांक भारती को कैलिफोर्निया हाई-स्पीड रेल अथॉरिटी में नेतृत्व की भूमिका में नियुक्त किया गया है। उनके पास भारत और अमेरिका में रेल क्षेत्र में दशकों का अनुभव है, तथा उन्होंने ALSTOM और ट्रांजिट एजेंसियों में नेतृत्वकारी भूमिकाएं निभाई हैं। आइए जानते हैं उनके बारे में।

नापा के भारतीय मूल के रमांक भारती को 23 मई को गवर्नर गेविन न्यूसम द्वारा कैलिफोर्निया हाई-स्पीड रेल अथॉरिटी में जोखिम प्रबंधन और परियोजना नियंत्रण (Risk Management and Project Controls) के डायरेक्टर के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया। इस पद के लिए उन्हें $225,000 का वार्षिक वेतन दिया जाएगा। इसी के साथ बता दें, इस पद के लिए सीनेट की मंजूरी की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
