મુખ્યમંત્રી સ્વાગત ઓનલાઈન પોર્ટલથી લાખો જનફરિયાદનું આવ્યું નિરાકરણ

પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદી દ્વારા વર્ષ 2003 માં સ્વાગત પોર્ટલ શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ પોર્ટલ ગુજરાતનું અગ્રણી ફરિયાદ નિવારણ પ્લેટફોર્મ બની ચૂક્યું છે. 12 ડિસેમ્બર, 2025 ના રોજ મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલના દ્વિતીય કાર્યકાળને 3 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થયા. આ ત્રણ વર્ષમાં મુખ્યમંત્રી સ્વાગત ઓનલાઈન પોર્ટલના એક લાખ પાંસઠ હજારથી જનફરિયાદનું નિરાકરણ આવ્યું છે. ગુજરાતમાં નાગરિકોની ફરિયાદોને દૂર કરવા માટે સ્વાગત પોર્ટલ સતત પ્રભાવશાળી રહ્યું છે. આ સફળતા દર્શાવે છે કે સ્વાગત પોર્ટલે નાગરિકો અને વહીવટીતંત્ર વચ્ચે વિશ્વાસને વધુ મજબૂત બનાવ્યો છે.
