Trump's new $100,000 yearly fee for H-1B visas will negatively impact the United States

Shanghai-based analyst Kent Kedl of Blue Ocean Advisors, however, said that Trump's new $100,000 yearly fee for H-1B visas will negatively impact the United States and create a "net benefit" for China.
