  • Harmeet Dhillon denounces bias against Sikhs after fatal truck crashes

Harmeet Dhillon denounces bias against Sikhs after fatal truck crashes

October 2025 387 views 2:33

After two deadly truck crashes involving undocumented Indian drivers in Florida and California, U.S. Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Kaur Dhillon is urging Americans not to target law-abiding Sikh and Indian-origin truckers.
Dhillon condemned hate or bias against hardworking Sikh drivers and criticized California’s licensing policy for undocumented migrants, calling it a public safety risk.
Her statement comes amid growing online outrage and political debate over immigration, safety, and state licensing laws
