United States delegation to visit India for trade talks
January 2031 362 views 2.46Days after US secretary of state Marco Rubio concluded his visit to India, a trade team from the US is set to arrive in India and hold negotiations with their counterparts in India between June 1-4,2026. The trade team will be headed by US chief negotiator Brendan Lynch and according to India’s commerce ministry, it is proposed to finalize the details of the interim agreement and take forward the negotiations under the broader bilateral trade agreement on multiple areas such as market access, non-tariff measures, customs and trade facilitation , investment promotion and economic security alignment.
