Rama Raj Mantena, the Indian-American in charge of Integra Connect, drew national attention in India after hosting one of 2025’s most viral weddings in Udaipur.
The wedding of Mantena’s daughter Netra to San Francisco entrepreneur Vamsi Gadiraju brought together a high-profile guest list at iconic palace-style hotel venues on Lake Pichola.

Born in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, Mantena moved to the United States in the 1980s after studying engineering and computer science at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and later clinical pharmacy at the University of Maryland.
His blend of technical and medical training shaped his early roles at P4 Healthcare and led him to establish International Oncology Network, ICORE Healthcare, and OncoScripts, each focused on oncology care and specialty pharmacy systems.
He is well-known for having solid political ties in the US and is the nephew of former BJP MP Gokaraju Gangaraju. He is also regarded as a quiet but powerful Republican Party supporter and lives near Mar-a-Lago in Florida, making him a neighbor of the Trump family.
Additionally, he reportedly has connections to high government officials like the US health secretary and other well-known American leaders like Nancy Pelosi.
Mantena’s public profile has remained limited, surfacing mainly in philanthropic contexts, including his 2017 donation of a garland made of 1,008 gold coins to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. His acquisition of a large beachfront estate in Florida added to speculation that his financial standing exceeds publicly cited estimates.
Mantena maintains a low profile in spite of these connections. His covert demeanor and mostly US-focused operations are reflected in the fact that while many in the business are familiar with his work, others are only now learning about him.
