U.S. Rep. Ro Khanna called for what he described as a “Marshall Plan for America” during a talk at Brown University on April 1, outlining proposals to address inequality, wages and the cost of living.
Speaking at the Taubman Distinguished Lecture hosted by the Taubman Center for American Politics and Policy, Khanna discussed taxing billionaires, housing affordability and U.S. foreign policy, according to The Brown Daily Herald.
