Response to Washington Post: Covert Indian operation seeks to discredit Modi’s critics in the U.S.

It found that all minorities in India felt free to practice their religion [Muslims (89%), Christians (89%), Sikhs (82%), Jains (85%) and Buddhists (93%)], just like the Hindu majority (91%) did.

Dear Editor

I am appalled when you refer to us Hindu-Americans as ‘Hindu Nationalists, a slur implying we are fascists. We are JUST ‘Hindu-Americans.’

An important element missing in your article (and in the biased U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedoms Report) was the new Pew Research Center report on “Religion in India: Tolerance and Segregation”. It found that all minorities in India felt free to practice their religion [Muslims (89%), Christians (89%), Sikhs (82%), Jains (85%) and Buddhists (93%)], just like the Hindu majority (91%) did.

How many more anti-Hindu, anti-Modi and anti-India articles are you going to publish?
