The Indian American community in North Texas is gearing up for a special evening of music this weekend as legendary composer Maestro Ilaiyaraaja brings his live show, “Raja 50 – Ilaiyaraaja Live in Concert,” to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex on Aug. 15.
The event honors the maestro's five-decade career that transformed South Indian cinema and captivated fans around the globe.
The live concert is being organized by Ultra Entertainments, known for bringing major artists and large-scale cultural entertainment experiences to the U.S., in collaboration with local Indian restaurant Bharat Bhavan and Saregama, at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas.

Ultra Entertainments has focused on creating memorable live entertainment experiences for the Indian community, connecting audiences with celebrated artists and musicians.
For the Raja 50 celebration, Ultra Entertainments is working alongside Bharat Bhavan, creating a partnership that combines live entertainment with the restaurant's strong connection to the Indian community in North Texas.
The concert stands out as one of the premier South Asian cultural events in Texas this season.
