Ex-Amazon employee supports H-1B fee, alleges exploitation by Indian managers

Trump signed a proclamation on Sept.19 imposing a $100,000 annual fee on new H-1B visa petitions to prioritize high-skilled American workers.

In a surprising turn of events, a former Amazon employee, who returned to India from the United States last month, has come to the defence of the US President Donald Trump and his latest H-1B policies.

In a Reddit post titled, 'Returned from USA recently. My take on H1b situation and why Americans hate Indians taking up jobs there', the anonymous user highlighted work culture toxicity and blatant favoritism propagated by Indian executives and managers. They argued that the new rules and the pushback against the older system is justifiable and maybe even a blessing in disguise.
