SEED & BLOOM, an Abu Dhabi based cafe, appointed Chef Avinash Gupta as its Head Bakery and Pastry Chef
Gupta joins the brand with over 12 years of experience in traditional and innovative baking in his kitty. He has worked across the UAE, the USA, and India and is celebrated for his artistry, innovation, and commitment to excellence in the world of patisserie.
He has been appointed to oversee menu innovation, kitchen operations, and team development. He will also lead the pre-opening and kitchen setup, while developing seasonal and signature collections.
Chef Gupta’s appointment reinforces SEED & BLOOM’s commitment to elevating the pastry and bakery experience in the UAE through innovation, global craftsmanship, and mindful gastronomy, SEED & BLOOM noted in a statement.

With Gupta at the helm, the brand will also bring interactive baking workshops and eco-conscious kitchen practices to the community.
Before joining SEED & BLOOM, Gupta was the Head Pastry Chef of Prodigy Hospitality Group in Dubai.
He has also worked as a Pastry Chef at Fabbri in New Delhi, India, apart from working at Mayfair Hotels & Resorts in India, The Walt Disney Company in the USA, Le Méridien in India.
