Bhupal Dev’s study may resolve one of physics’ biggest neutrino puzzles

Dev believes some neutrinos got converted into dark radiation during the Universe’s earliest moments, resolving a prominent question in physics.

Bhupal Dev, an Indian-American associate professor at the Washington University in St. Louis, has come up with a new take on the understanding of how the universe evolved, shedding light on this he published a research paper on Neutrinos and their evolution in early universe formation moments.

Published in Physical Review Letters, on April 2, Dev and his colleagues published the results of their study explaining the dichotomy between Neutrino behaviour in laboratory experiments and the findings about them in cosmological data.
