GovCon founders urge entrepreneurs to build companies that endure beyond valuation

Three leading Indian American entrepreneurs in the federal contracting industry — Anil Sharma of 22nd Century Technologies, Raj Ramesh of Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC), and Sandesh Sharda, founder and former CEO of Miracle Systems — urged small business owners on Oct. 15 to focus on building long-term value instead of chasing fast exits.

Speaking at the Indian American Business Impact Group’s (IAMBIG) GovCon 2025 summit in McLean, Virginia, the panellists said endurance, credibility, and ethical leadership were essential for success in the $700 billion government contracting sector.
