Their stories collided at the Indian American Business Impact Group’s GovCon summit — a reminder that grit, not size, often decides who wins in Washington.
The panel was billed simply as a discussion on “How to Succeed in GovCon.” Instead, it became a masterclass in scaling under pressure. Moderated by Priyank Shah, CEO of Areeva Solutions, the conversation featured three entrepreneurs whose trajectories read like case studies in speed: Amit Yadav of TechSur Solutions, Pavi Juneja of Agovx LLC, and Sheryl Manoj of AttainX Inc. Together, their firms have captured more than $400 million in new federal business within two years — a feat that drew both awe and curiosity from the packed ballroom in McLean.
