The Rockefeller Foundation has announced a two-year grant of $100,000 to the Bridgespan Group, marking a new collaboration aimed at strengthening philanthropic giving across Asia. The funding will support the Bridgespan-led Funders Council and its efforts to analyze and scale philanthropic resources in the region.
The initiative is designed to address development challenges and create economic opportunity by producing new research and identifying innovations that can enhance the impact of philanthropic efforts. The Funders Council includes a network of global, South Asian, and Southeast Asian philanthropic organizations and seeks to promote collaborative, high-impact giving.
