Delhi-native Shilpi Jain becomes Eosera's Senior Director of Innovation

She brings with her over two decades of industry experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, and pet health sectors.

Eosera, a Texas-based ear-care company, has appointed Shilpi Jain as Senior Director of Innovation.

Jain joins Eosera with over two decades of experience in research and development across pharmaceutical, personal care, and pet health sectors.

Talking about the latest hire, CEO and Co-Founder of Eosera, Elyse Stoltz Dickerson said in a statement, "Shilpi has an incredibly impressive background in research and development, helping numerous brands develop viable solutions that not only solve problems but create meaningful change for people and animals."

Before joining Eosera, Jain had developed her own science-backed, Ayurvedic skincare line, Skinveda, combining ancient herbs and peptides with modern delivery systems.

Jain, who moved from Delhi to Toronto as a four-year-old, was taught about healing powers of ancient herbs — turmeric for inflammation, ginger teas for digestive support by her mother who was a chemist.

Sharing her excitement, Jain described the energy at her new workplace as "infectious."

She added, "Everyone here shares a passion to improve lives. That kind of energy is rare in a company, and it's truly remarkable."
