The India Community Center in Milpitas, California, will host the Unshackled Conference 2025, a significant event for high-skilled immigrants in the United States, from August 15–16.

Organized by Greencard Inc. in collaboration with Unshackled.club, the event aims to provide practical guidance on immigration, innovation, and career development for professionals navigating the U.S. immigration system.

Expected to draw thousands, the two-day conference features three parallel tracks—Immigration, Innovation, and Impact—addressing a broad range of topics including visa pathways (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, EB-5), startup strategies, personal branding, and grassroots policy engagement.

With more than 40 speakers, the conference will host experts such as Vijay Amritraj, sports commentator, actor and retired professional tennis player, Deedy Das, principal at Menlon Venturs, Nikita Gupta, co-founder of Careerflow.ai, and Vidya Srinivasan, lead product manager at Meta.

Attendees will have access to free legal consultations, panel discussions, and a visa-friendly job fair with over 50 Bay Area startups participating.

A unique blend of community leadership and professional insight will be offered by Craig Montuori and Danielle Goldman, who are known for their work in immigrant entrepreneurship and visa reform. Kenny Sebastian, acclaimed comedian, will headline the entertainment segment.

The event caters to H-1B holders, international students, researchers, startup founders, and professionals seeking employment-based green card options. Registrations are open and can be done here
