During the donation drive, 41 individuals donated blood. 41 pints of blood was donated, potentially saving 123 lives, as per BAPS Charity.

Additionally, 15 individuals joined the bone marrow registry, thereby increasing the chances for patients in need of a life-saving transplant to find a match.

Assemblymember Tangipa highlighted the impact of participation, noting, “Just by giving a pint of blood, you can save a life.”

Dr. Krunal Sherathiya, a local pediatric dentist, emphasized the unique importance of blood donation, adding, “Blood is something only people can give—there’s no substitute—and routine donations ensure hospitals always have the supply needed for emergencies, surgeries, and patients in critical care.”
