Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has reportedly sold an apartment in the upscale Bandra West neighborhood of Mumbai for Rs. 5.35 crore (approximately $642,000 USD). The transaction, registered in July 2025, was revealed through property registration documents reviewed by real estate marketplace Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

The apartment, located in Shiv Asthan Heights, boasts a built-up area of 122.45 square meters (approximately 1,318 square feet) and includes three dedicated car parking spaces. The sale incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 32.01 lakh (approximately $38,412 USD) and registration charges of Rs. 30,000 (approximately $360 USD).

Bandra West is renowned as one of Mumbai's most exclusive and high-value real estate markets. The locality is a coveted address, featuring a blend of premium residential properties, historic bungalows, and boutique commercial developments, making it attractive to both residents and investors. The area benefits from excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station, and upcoming Metro lines.
